Ordering Information 




Ordering through Oasis Aquatics is simple! Send us an email by clicking the link above with the species and quantity you'd like. Please include your name, address with zipcode and phone number so we can easily get a shipping quote and delivery day scheduled. We will then send you a detailed invoice via paypal, Cashapp, or venmo business request.



We ship via UPS and FedEx overnights. Our shipping schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.


 shipping rates are dependant on quantity of fish ordered, size, and your location. We do not make any money on shipping, our prices come directly from UPS and FedEx.


We have years of experience shipping fish, so rest assured your lovely new pets should arrive happy and healthy!


We will not ship any fish without the invoice being paid.

Doa Policy




Oasis Aquatics takes great pride in providing the highest quality fish available. This being said, things do happen sometimes during the shipping process that are out of our control.


If, for any reason, a fish in your order is dead on arrival we have a great policy in place to ease your worries. We are notified from our shipping companies (UPS, FedEX) upon arrival to your door. Customers will then have 1 hour after delivery time to take several pictures of the dead fish in the shipping bag, along with a video with a minimum duration of 15 seconds. Pictures and videos can be sent directly to our email.


Shipping costs will also be refunded to the customer based on how many fish arrived safely in your order.
